as time passes

Thank you for your hard work running without rest.

Menopause is not an end, but another beginning.

If you wisely prepare and manage this period,

the quality of life for the next 50 years will be completely different.

Menopausal Syndrome
What is Menopause?

As women age, ovarian function gradually deteriorates,

female hormone secretion decreases and menstruation ends

 through the process of 'menopause'.

This period is called menopause or the menopausal period,

typically occurring around ages 45-55.

During this period, as female hormone secretion rapidly decreases,

various physical and mental changes occur.

Menopausal Syndrome

During menopause, facial flushing,

paroxysmal excitement,

palpitations, headaches, dizziness,

vasomotor disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, mental disorders and various symptoms appear

and this is called 'menopausal syndrome'.

These symptoms usually appear for 1-2 years,

but in severe cases,

they may persist for more than 10 years.

various symptoms at different stages.

(60s and beyond)

Blood becomes turbid and

fat metabolism fails, causing
